Complex care services support people to maximum their independence and minimize their long-term needs.

Aim To Enhance provides person-centered complex care to those participants in SIL (Supported Independent Living) and SDA (Specialized Disability Accommodation). 

Our highly experienced care team has extensive expertise in providing individualised care and support to those with physical, mental health conditions including dementia support, Parkinsons Disease, amputees, quadriplegics, ABIs, Cerebral atrophy, and psychosocial disabilities. 

Our dedicated care team also has experience supporting participants with behaviors of concerns.
